Before any paid service begins, Next Chance Credit Consulting will provide the client with a written service agreement and the applicable consumer disclosures and authorizations.

- Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

- Authorization to Review Consumer-Provided Credit Information
- Any additional authorization required for the selected service
Services May Include
Depending on the package selected, services may include:
• Credit education and review of credit reports provided or authorized by the client.
• Explanation of reported accounts, payment history, balances, utilization, inquiries, collections, public-record information, and other credit factors.
• Assistance identifying information the client believes may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, outdated, unverifiable, or not associated with the client.
• Educational dispute guidance, templates, or correspondence preparation when specifically included in the selected service.
• Review and explanation of responses received from consumer reporting agencies, creditors, collectors, or information furnishers.
• Personalized action planning, mortgage-readiness guidance, DIY resources, coaching, or accountability support, as described in the written service agreement.
• Communication through telephone, email, video conference, the client portal, or other agreed methods during normal business hours.
Client Participation
Clients are responsible for providing complete and truthful information, reviewing all documents for accuracy, supplying supporting records when available, and promptly forwarding relevant correspondence received during the service period.
The client decides which information, if any, the client wishes to dispute. Next Chance Credit Consulting will not knowingly submit information that is false, misleading, or unsupported by the client.

Next Chance Credit Consulting does not collect payment for an agreed service before that service has been fully performed. Optional ongoing services are separately described and billed according to the written agreement and applicable law.
Right to Cancel
The client may cancel the service agreement without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing the agreement.
Covered services will not begin until the applicable three-business-day cancellation period has expired. Cancellation instructions will be provided in the client’s written agreement and Notice of Cancellation.
Important Consumer Information
Consumers have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with consumer reporting agencies and information furnishers without paying Next Chance Credit Consulting or another credit consulting company.
Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information cannot legally be removed merely because it is unfavorable. Next Chance Credit Consulting does not guarantee credit-score increases, account deletions, financing approval, interest rates, completion within a particular number of dispute rounds, or any other specific result.
Results vary based on the information contained in each consumer’s credit reports, creditor and consumer reporting agency responses, documentation, account activity, payment history, balances, and individual circumstances.

Next Chance Credit Consulting provides credit education, report review, consulting, document preparation, and personalized planning. We are not a law firm, lender, mortgage company, consumer reporting agency, tax advisory firm, or financial advisory firm.
